There was all this buildup to their showdown, and it ended up being very restrained.
Yes, well said! That scene gets really good, but the Lucifer/Michael showdown at the beginning is unspectacular. I was always glad Dean didn't agree to become Michael's vessel at that time, but I can't pretend Chuck wasn't right: it would have been much more dramatic if it had been Sam and Dean. :P

I can't wait for show to return!
