Sorry it's taken me forever to get this to you! Here you go:
Ingredients: 8 inch pie shell (unbaked) 1 cup pecans 3 eggs 1/2 cup sugar 1 cup dark corn syrup* 1/2 teaspoon salt 1 teaspoon vanilla 1/4 cup melted butter
Spread nuts over the bottom of the shell. Beat eggs. Add sugar, corn syrup, salt, vanilla, and butter. Pour filling over pecans. Bake for 10 minutes at 450 degrees on the lowest oven rack. Reduce heat to 350 degrees and bake another 35 minutes.
*light corn syrup is also fine, I used that this time because I couldn't get dark and it was just as delicious
